THE SHABLE

“I need a table but it takes up too much space in my tiny Brooklyn apartment.”
—me (and everyone else I know)

The Shable was designed to maximize space without sacrificing utility. Need a table? Flip it open. Need storage? It’s still got you covered. Built because something that was both stylish and functional didn’t exist. It’s a low-profile shelf when you need storage and an equally attractive table when it’s time to dine, work, sketch, play...

Original design and craftmanship.

THE PROCESS

1. Sketch, sketch, sketch (mostly lost, sadly)

2. Mockup

3. Prototype (because who doesn’t love a mini version)

4. Build, fail, build, paint

5. Party

6. Improve

The Enzo Mari Chair
+ Storage

The genius of the Enzo Mari Sedia 1 Chair is that it’s simple enough that anyone can build it. The downside is that in small spaces it takes up a decent footprint. Adding storage under the seat elevates it from a slightly oversized chair to a more practical, multi-functional piece. Now it’s not just a place to sit; it’s a discreet, space-saving solution.
